About Our Parent Company
Union Development Company was an affiliate of Barker Pacific Group (BPG), a firm of experienced real estate professionals active in the acquisition, development, and asset management of major commercial projects. Founded in 1983, BPG specializes in the development and acquisition of institutional-quality office, retail, and residential projects in select U.S. cities. As a developer, BPG has completed, developed, or redeveloped in excess of $2.3 billion in commercial projects.
The Company also serves as the Managing Member of Hamilton Capital Partners, a private closed-end equity investment fund manager that invests in value-added office and industrial projects.
